Do you remember the tv show Green Acres? Would you believe that Belle and Courtney have seen every episode of the first two seasons of that most unlikely of sit-coms? I happened upon the two-year set of DVDs in a Target where they were discounted to next-to-nothing. I bought the set with memories of watching it as a youth. Watching it now I wonder how I endured the show, but the girls love it. Go figure.
Belle knows all the words to the opening theme song. Makes a parent proud.

Glad to know that the girls have the opportunity to see some good old fashioned comedy that does not rely on the shock of obsenity and worse to seem funny.
You've just put your child away too long. Get it out again and you can enjoy this along with the kids.
