Happy 39th Birthday, Audrey

It is hard to believe that Audrey is 39 years old today. On the other hand, it is kind of predictable that she is 39 years old because she has been that age for the last couple of years. What is it that keeps her perpetually young?

Maybe it is trips to Seaworld with the girls? [Steve went to Atlanta for work and the girls went to Seaworld for fun. More pix of that trip in another post.]











Perhaps Audrey is rejuvenated by vacation get-aways to Sanibel Island? [She and Steve spent the weekend there without the kids. There are real advantages to having responsible children. Thanks, girls, for being good without us there to watch you!]












Quite possibly the secret to Audrey's never-ending youth is her stringent regiment of physical exercise. [Audrey loves to play volleyball and is quite good at it. On this recent occasion she was playing with some gals in the ward on a sand court where they live.]














Then again, Audrey's the anti-aging formula may include a paradoxical ingredient like teaching her teen-aged daughter how to drive?! [It is rarely easy to teach a youngster to drive your car, and it is not always pleasant for Audrey to teach Courtney. However, she is very generous with her time and often turns the controls over when I would have thought she would not. You've got a good mom, Courtney.]






Whatever the case, we are glad to have Audrey in our lives. HAPPY 39TH [again] BIRTHDAY, AUDREY. And may you have many more.
