Siddoways, Mazzeos, Pratts, Michauds, Frahms, and friend Chris... we all got sweaty and tired and had a fun time playing Ultimate Frisbee at Tree Tops Park on the day after Christmas.

Ultimate Frisbee is a hybrid combination of basketball, football, soccer, and lacrosse. Two opposing teams moving a frisbee down-field toward an end-zone goal, advancing the frisbee with throws only (no running with the frisbee), all incomplete passes result in a change of possession, and basketball rules of defensive play (no tackling or holding, etc). One of the fun things about Ultimate Frisbee is that many ages, skill levels, and cholesterol levels can all participate in the very same game.
