So, I just spent 30 minutes typing a letter, and my internet randomly turned off and lost everything. I am more than just a little upset. AAArghthjthh\!! So I am sorry I don't have time to say very much, just 12 minutes left. I love you all thanks for your letter.

This last week we had a baptism in our branch that was really awesome. Carmen, the one baptised, just graduated college and is really sharp. We also have 9 more baptisms in our Ploiesti district scheduled for Sept 4. That will be an awesome day.

This last week I went on exchanges with a member and taught an entire lesson by myself with him, Brother Dumitrescu, who doesn't know any English. It was really challenging but also a lot of fun. It is funny because Romanians love to ramble, so it was almost a game trying to cut him off and refocus the conversation. Many old Romanian men like to play that game. They don't mind it when you cut them off, it is just a matter if you can successfully time it so that they will LET you cut them off.

Br. Dumitrescu in fact, is kind of a celebrity. He is a member of 13 years, and was upset that many people here in Romania have a bible, but they never read it. He said many of them claim they have no time. To prove them wrong, he, who is very busy, spent every day for 3 years writing out the bible by hand. When the Guiness people came to confirm his title as the writer of the worlds longest hand written document, they rolled it out in the street to measure it. People all gathered around saying that he must be the most faithful man in Romania. They were all asking what religion he was, Orthodox, Baptist, Pentacostal? And he proudly proclaimed, "No, I'm Mormon!" (Or at least that's the story as he tells it)

Jenn's brother got called to Warsaw Poland. I bought a Dex, which is like the super-comprehensive Romanian Dictionary. I also bought my first Romanian tie.

Elder miller is great. We get along well. He works super great with the members. I think we are going on an excursion with the branch youth this next week to the mountains.
